Youth Choral Ministry Opportunities
The LJPC Children's / Youth Choral Ministry exists to provide students of various ages with the opportunity to develop their musical talents in God's service. Participants sing regularly in Sunday morning services between the months of September and May, providing experiences which teach the value of leadership in worship and reinforce the importance of young people in our church.
Members also learn vocal techniques, basic musicianship and ensemble performance skills. Most importantly, they learn that music is a gift from God and that they as Christians can glorify God through music and minister to others with their songs.
The purpose of the Children's / Youth Choral Ministry at LJPC is for: + Spiritual Growth + Worship + Outreach + Evangelism + Education in and through music
